Send quotations, bookings, cargo claims, and operational questions to help@spa-global.com.hk. Messages are read by our coordination team and forwarded to bookings, operations, or claims as needed.
We respond as soon as practicable during Hong Kong business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For urgent shipment-critical issues, include your reference numbers in the subject line so we can prioritise.
Please include where possible:
- Origin and destination (ports, cities, or door locations)
- Incoterm or hand-off point, if known
- Cargo type, dimensions, weight, and any hazardous or temperature requirements
- Requested departure or arrival window and level of urgency
